- 7/3/14 - Accepted into Ind*a program at agency
- 7/9/14 - Sent program agreements and initial program fee to agency
- 7/15/14 -Paperwork processed by agency
- 7/16/14 - Received call from family coordinator. Let the paperchase begin!
- 7/28/14 - Received call from social worker. Was emailed home study guidelines and forms.
- 8/23/14 - First meeting with social worker
- 12/6/14 - Second meeting with social worker (individual interviews)
- 12/12/14 - Third meeting with social worker (joint interview and home inspection)
- 2/6/15 - Home Study approved by the state of AZ
- 2/18/15 - Registered on C*RINGS database
- 4/30/15- C*RINGS approval
- 4/31/15 - Receive call about potential match
- 5/4/15 - Matched with "Sweet P" on C*RINGS
- 5/5/15- Received I-800A approval
- 6/4/15 - C*RA approves match!
- 6/18/15 - Dossier arrived at orphanage
- 9/1/15 - Received electronic MER (Medical Examination Report)
- 9/2/15- Was told original MER and CSR were on the way
- 10/1/15- Found out original documents were never sent
- 11/2/15- Original referral document including MER and CSR arrived!
- 11/5/15- Returned signed, notarized and apostilled referral documents back to agency.
- 11/10/15- Mailed I-800 application
- 12/2/15 - I-800 approval (received approval in the mail on 12/8/15)
- 12/9/15 - Completed DS-260 application
- 12/15/15 - Article 5
- 1/20/16 - NOC (Issued on 1/18/16)
- 4/18/16 - Received affidavit (Mark's middle name was misspelled)
- 4/21/16 - New affidavit arrived
- 4/22/16 - Mailed signed and notarized affidavit back to agency
- 6/22/16 - Found out we do not need to be present for court, asked to send new power of attorney
- 8/4/16- Received a court date!! August 31st, 2016!
- 8/31/16 - 1st court date
- 9/26/16 - 2nd court date; found out 3rd court date would be October 28th
- 9/27/16 - Find out from our agency that the judge is requesting we attend our next court date
- 10/6/16 - booked plane tickets!
- 10/24/16 - Left for India!
- 10/26/16 - Arrived in India
- 10/27/16 - Met Pallavi and took custody of her
- 10/28/16- 3rd court hearing and VERBAL approval
- 11/9/16 - Written Orders
- 11/11/16 - Passport issued
- 11/13/16 - Arrived in Delhi to finish adoption process
- 11/20/16 - HOME AT LAST!!
